The Future Fit consultation is upon us. It is a divisive process aimed at making the public choose who deserves NHS services.
Our parliamentary candidate, Katrina Gilman states:
“I cannot condone a process that asks the public to make such a decision. I refuse to play this postcode lottery with our NHS.“
When Shadow Health Secretary, Jonathan Ashworth MP, visited Telford last November he stated:
“We must put on hold the county’s controversial £300 million Future Fit shake-up to allow for a fresh review of health care in Shropshire.”
We must stand up for NHS services across the county and beyond. The NHS is the lifeblood of this country and without it where would we be and what health would we be in?
